Monster Play 03-06

Tuesday, 5:30. Logging in w/ my warg, Trophrat. My son is creating a warg named Peupbash. I'll be helping him get enough destiny to get the speedy stealth thing.

It most certainly is... and I will guarantee he'll be 65 before my lvl 62 mini/62 guardian will be 65. I'm having a blast with him.... though it's hard being so awesome all the time Yeah, I love my warden. Most fun class I've played... by no means an easy class to play though. /Off-Topic

Yes I will join y'all for MP. I have a warg, but wouldn't mind trying some of the other classes as well.

So, I think we should get a monster play night set up. Nothing too set in stone, but maybe a night where we have an open invitation creep raid. We could start working on maps for people in between hunting down some vile freeps.

Since MP is pretty dependent on how many *other* people are playing I think we should do it on the weekend. Since we already have something going Saturday night I'd throw out Friday night. I'm pretty new to the Moors, but for you vets: are there a lot of people on on Friday nights? I suppose Sunday nights or Saturday during the day could work too. What do you guys think?

Also, playing in a warg pack has been a *ton* of fun. It's soo satisfying to pounce on unsuspecting freeps (sometimes killing them, sometimes fleeing when dozens of their buddies show up). :D It would be awesome if we could put together 5 or 6 wargs and go hunting. Lately I've been with Elavorn and maybe Arch or Von and it's fun, but we have to be fairly careful on our targets since we only have 2 or 3 wargs. So you maggots should roll a warg and come hunting with us! If you do make a new warg, be sure and get the trait Enhanced Skill: Stealth. That will let you run at full speed while under stealth rather than half speed. Makes a big difference. So come on and git on yer wargs, maggots!

Yeah, I think I only got one kb on you guys last night and that was on Arch's warg, which I got due to a few DoT's I had on him as he tried to run behind the rock.

I wouldn't be so sure of that. :D Fashnag (my warg) got a kb on you on the south TA bridge. I was quite happy as we were trying to single you out (we look out for our friends here in KF) and had some nibbles, but not a lot else. We had some assists on you, but only one kb. :D

I was actually going to log my warg and invite Ceo and Arch, but it wouldn't let me for 60 minutes after being in the moors as a freep.

doing the quests only gives destiny points. You have to gain rank to use the destiny points. You gain rank by getting infamy points by killing freeps. :P

So, any chance of getting this back on the calendar for some time next week?

Also, may I suggest, next time we get together en masse... might we try to load up our quest logs and accomplish specific quests together, by area? That'll help us rank, make the night more goal oriented than just marauding the hillsides looking for freeps to kill (although, that has merit), and has the potential to bring the fight to us.

Yes, it was a blast last night. I'm so happy that our very first kill was a dwarf.

We should set one day a week for MP play. Not sure what time and day would work best for everyone, but certainly count me in.

Also, I just wanted to say "way to go!" on taking Isendeep mine from the Freeps last night. Most of us were first-timers on MP's so that was an impressive first time out.
